The communication between Russia and China is continuously increasing in different aspects,such as economical,political and cultural.The Chinese language is getting more and more popular in Russia.Many people in Russia want to learn Chinese and speak it fluently.As a result,many Russian schools have opened Chinese courses,as well as the Confucius Institutes.However,learning the language is not only about studying words and grammar but also listening is one of the key contents.Listening represents the input of language information,and the amount of input determines the degree of fluency in oral communication.Based on the teaching practice,this paper attempts to bring up the common problems with Russian students' intermediate listening teaching through the observation and questionnaire of classroom teaching,analyze the causes of main problems and try to find out the problems' solution.It can help Chinese teachers to work with Russian students and help Russian students to learn Chinese.
