Research On The Influence Of Subject Well-being To Finance Staff Loyalty

Under the background of rapid economic and social development era in China,people's income level grows rapidly,which is closely related to financial industry.The financial development and reform are with important and necessary significance to deepen the country's economic construction and maintain the financial stability.As the most active industry,service attitude and service quality of financial industry staff play very important part role.And the finance staff's loyalty is very important to promote the healthy and continuous development.Only by improving the finance staff's loyalty to financial industry can promote the rapid development of the financial industry more effectively.Based on the actual questionnaire survey research methods and combined with finance staff's questionnaire survey from Beijing as well as Changchun,correlation and regression properties are analyzed with SPSS16.0 software.Relationship between financial staff's subject well-being and loyalty are studied.From the results,job characteristics can influence the loyalty from three dimensions including emotional loyalty,continuous loyalty and normative loyalty.Finally,in combination with the results in this paper and finance staff's actual situation,methods to improve financial staffs' subject well-being and loyalty from aspects including financial enterprises and individuals are put forward.
