The study selects the primary and secondary teachers as object and employs the questionnaire of self-made humor, to enrich the theory and measure research. Then the paper discusses and analyzes the relationship among the sense of humor of primary and secondary teachers, teaching efficiency and burnout, so as to uncover the scientific theory in promoting the sense of teachers and their teaching and reducing their burnout. We obtained result as follows:First, a sense of humor of primary and secondary teachers could be concluded five dimensions:humor reserve, humor of classroom performance, humorous response, humorous sensibility and humor to communicate.Second, teachers’humor, teaching efficiency and burnout are in the middle level.Third, humor has significant differences in their gender, age and education, but not exists in seniority, whether the class teacher or not and title. However, the sense of humor has certain differences as to the class teacher.Fourth, there is significant positive correlation between humor and the teaching efficiency, and the teachers’humor would predict their teaching efficiency significantly;Fifth, there is significant negative correlation between humor and burnout, and the teachers’ humor would forecast their burnout remarkably.Sixth, there is significant negative correlation between teaching efficiency and burnout, and the teaching efficiency would predict their burnout notably.Seventh, the teaching efficiency serves as an intermediary between the sense of humor and burnout.
