Nowadays,the traditional culture protection and the construction of cultural brand image have become the new direction for the development of Chinese culture,and the protection to their native culture of China has became a new development opportunity.The Nadam culture was the Mongolian traditional folk activities in xilingol grassland and has hundreds of years history,and it was also one of the most important traditional folk culture and brand activities in xilingolHowever,with the development of folk culture tourism industry and the change of market demand,there are also some problems in the brand construction and promotion,such as lack of positioning and visual image,etc.Based on this reason,the author will research the festival of brand image building and promotion and analyzes the problems of study,The althor will help the construction of culture brand image,from the four sides:the brand positioning,activity planning,promotion strategy and visual imageThe core content of this article is divided into three parts.The first part,the analysis of the history of xilingol and the festival brand present situation.The second part,in order to the brand image positioning,we should pay attention to extract the core content of the festival culture and analyze the market,and it is good for the brand positioning.The third part,through extracting the festival culture core content to guide the festival brand image positioning,and we can make promotion strategy.The practical solutions subdivided into activity planning,promotion content,media selection and peripheral extending.The ultimate purpose of this study is based on Xilingol Mongolian traditional folk culture as the foundation,extracting,the core of the festival culture connotation,and according to the Xilingol Mongolian folk art and the festival culture symbol,designing the festival culture construction as the core series,withthe cultural characteristics and the value of cultural promotion or business promotion.By relying on xilingol local ethnic culture tourism product research,this study will provide new impetus.for the xilingol league area of cultural tourism and economic development.
