In daily life, every day people will depend on certain conditions, make different decisions, such as what we wear,or which University we choose. The decision in daily life plays an important role. The decision can be roughly divided into two categories, one is the risk decision, namely the probability for result is known;the other is fuzzy decision, unknown refers to the decision result,it is difficult to predict the exact probability of events. The decision-making process is complex,it will be influenced by many factors. No matter what external factors are,the final assessment on the decision is mainly influenced by human thinking,decision-making process cannot run without thinking. However, the present researches on decision making, seems to have deviated from this direction, researchers seem to pay more attention to the external conditions or effects of personality factors on decision-making,so it is necessary for us to proceed from the angle of thinking, and then study the decision making process.Juvenile offenders,as a special group of young people, the whole society should pay special attentions, because their age is special, whether it is physical or psychological, are in a period of change,it is easy to make them more vulnerable to the influence of external incentives,so as to make impact their life decisions. Therefore,it is our duty to give more attention and research to make them grow up happily.2(rational thinking, empirical thinking)* 2(property type, violence type),two factor completely randomized experimental design, explore juvenile subjects whether there are defects in the fuzzy decision and risk decision making, and study the different types of crime and thinking for the effect of decision of defects. The results show that: there are no decision defects in different types of juvenile offenders in the GDT task, while in the IGT task, the violent offenders have significant decision-making defects. After the factor of the mode of thinking,it was found that the rational thinking of young offenders in the IGT and GTD scores were significantly higher than that of juvenile delinquents.
