Nous of locality in Chinese is a quite special type in modern Chinese language,it can act as different elements in sentences,it can represent the meaning of direction,the meaning of time and the meaning of range,it always appears in our daily life,and the literal meaning is quite easy to understand,but some nous of locality have different kinds of extended meaning,what’s more,there are lots of different between China and Mongolia on culture background and language habits,which become a big challenge to foreign exchange students to learn nous of locality,how to lead foreign exchange students to understand nous of locality in correct ways has been a big problem in TCSL.This paper begins with 16 nouns of locality in examination outline of the new HSK(level 4),analyzed and summarized the corpus of HSK language database,and designed a questionnaire which accomplished by Mongolian students in Erenhot International College,Inner Mongolia Normal University.This questionnaire is made up with three kinds of questions which called choose fills up the topic,single-choice question and cloze test,it includes 32 questions,the 16 nous of locality which should be researched has appeared in these questions again and again,the former nouns of locality which have more biased errors appeared in different questions to make sure the effectives of research.This research accomplished in a closed-book examination.This research gave out 72 questionnaires and it includes 68 valid and 4 invalid questionnaires.According to the result,this paper summarized the reason of their bias error and why they came out when they learn the nous of locality,and raised some related teaching strategies.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part explained the research significance,research status and research methods,the research status includes ontology research and the research of nouns of locality in TCSL.The second part is based on the bias error which analyzed from the HSK language database,summarized the most and the least biased error in these 16 nous of locality,and designed a questionnaire which is based on this phenomenon,then get the result from the research.The third part make the bias error into three type called omission,misuse and addition,this paper give some examples after every kind of biased error,according to these examples,we try to explain these biased errors.The fourth part is based on the bias error of nous of locality which make by Mongolian students,raised some teaching strategies which maybe help the TCSL in the future.The fifth part is the summarize of former four parts,looking forward to the certain significance of this paper in the future TCSL.
