To the realism dramas,people always use the Stanislavski method to train actors.The actors have to what happened on the stage when they are acting.The performance is similar to life.And then,to Chinese traditional opera,people always think the acting is stylized.The actors of Chinese traditional opera are trained by “four skills and five rulls”.Chinese traditional opera tells the story to the audience with songs and dance.They seem to be opposite.In fact,no matter which one,when on the stage,the actors have to put their feelings into what they are acting.But,the difference is that the realism drama needs actors to put the feeling of sympathy into the acting but the Chinese traditional opera needs actors to put the feelings of criticism into the acting.It is because that they have different view on drama.And the most important,they have different aesthetic consciousness.
