The Study Of Dissatisfaction Expression Strategy Concerning Japanese Major Students

"Dissatisfaction expression",is likely to cause friction in human relationship,but at the same time is unavoidable in daily life.In order to clarify the use of dissatisfaction expression strategy in Japanese major student(JFL),this research took the nature of the scene and the social distance as two variable factors,and compared JFL with Japanese native speaker(JJ)and Chinese native speaker(CC)by discourse completion test.As a result of investigation,the selection of dissatisfaction expression strategy in JFL is influenced by the nature of the scene and the social distance.In particular,(1)In repairable scene,the use of dissatisfaction expression strategy in JFL is also influenced by their Japanese learning experience and mother tongue.In the close relationship,JFL tends to ask to improve the situation after indirectly telling dissatisfaction,or only express dissatisfaction indirectly.In the unfamiliar relationship,JFL tends to ask to improve the situation directly,or ask to improve the situation after indirectly telling dissatisfaction.In the strange relationship,JFL asks to improve the situation directly.(2)In unrepeatable scene,the use of dissatisfaction expression strategy in JFL is not influenced by Japanese learning experience and mother tongue,and the interlanguage's characteristic is outstanding.In the close and the strange relationship,multiple dissatisfaction strategy has been used.In the close relationship,is relatively concentrating on requiring improvement and explicitly expressing dissatisfaction.In the strange relationship,is relatively concentrating on requiring improvements and expressing dissatisfaction indirectly.In the unfamiliar relationship,JFL tends to improve the situation after indirectly telling dissatisfaction or ask to improve the situation directly.(3)In negotiation scene,the use of dissatisfaction expression strategy in JFL shows almost the same tendency as JJ and CC.In the close relationship,the three groups all require improvement directly,and refuse in the unfamiliar relationship.In the strange relationship,all tend to ask to improve the situation after indirectly telling dissatisfaction.The use of the dissatisfaction expression strategy of the Japanese major student,is thought to be influenced not only by the nature of the scene and the social distance,but also by the Japanese learning experience,mother tongue,learning environment,textbooks,etc.
