Social exclusion refers to the social interaction,Suffered a he wants to build a relationship with individual groups or individuals refuse,reject or degeneration,making it belong to demand or relationship demand cannot be achieved(MacDonald & Leary)?Social exclusion to from cognitive,emotional and behavioral aspects of impact on individuals.Most researchers now believe that social exclusion of the prosocial behavior of the individual brief or lasting negative effects.This study on the basis of previous studies,Select a representative part of pro-social behavior,namely helping behavior is the starting point of this study,Discuss the influences of social exclusion to helping behavior?In addition,the emotion regulation strategy is mainly refers to the individual in order to achieve the goal of emotion regulation,in a planned way,intentional effort and practice?It is the individual to effectively regulate mood,make the individual is in a state of emotional balance to adapt to the social and environmental needs a kind of important means,including cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression strategy two kinds.On the basis of previous studies,this study discusses the emotion regulation strategies affect individual social rejection after helping behavior.This article selects ordinary college students as research subjects.There are two research.A study mood is the purpose of this paper makes a research on the social exclusion and helping behavior.Using single factor experiment design,the independent variable is the social exclusion,divided into exclusive and acceptance group,the dependent variable is the participants mood states and helping behavior.Induced by network to throw the ball paradigm subjects rejection feeling,then measured rejection feeling operating test,and the positive and negative emotional scale,the last measured the participants' willingness to help others.The results showed that the rejection group were negative emotions is significantly higher than accept participants negative emotions,The social exclusion significantly increase individual negative emotions;Rejection group accepted as try helping behavior was significantly lower than helping behavior subjects,namely social exclusion significantly reduce the helping behavior of the individual.Further analysis found that negative emotions in the relation between social and helping behavior plays a mediating role.In a on the basis of the research,the second after further probes into the social exclusion,the influence of different emotion regulation strategies for helping behavior.Study of emotion regulation strategy situation,guide the participants a kind of emotion regulation strategy is used with a purpose.In social situations and emotion regulation strategies(reappraisal group;inhibiting group,control group)as the independent variable,subjects of helping behavior as the dependent variable.College students were randomly selected 36 people,after the trigger social exclusion,start the different emotion regulation strategies,and then measuring the helping behavior.Results show that social exclusion reappraisal group of participants after helping behavior is significantly higher than inhibiting group and control group.Cognitive reappraisal strategy for helping behavior has a positive role,but repressive policies have no significant correlation with helping behavior.Based on the above research,this study concluded that(1)Social influence the helping behavior of the individual,exclusion of helping behavior obviously helping behavior of less than to be accepted(2)Gender had no significant effect helping behavior of the individual.(3)Only children helping behavior helping behavior was significantly lower than the one child policy.(4)Excluded individuals using cognitive reappraisal strategy can obviously increase after helping behavior.(5)Rejection after expression suppression strategy for helping behavior did not significantly affect the individual.
