Children's emotional regulation strategies play an important role in their social development,and social adaptation behavior is an important development task for children,good social adaptation behavior is an important manifestation of children's socialization.In addition,children's peer acceptance level and problem behavior in kindergartens can well reflect the specific situation of children's social adaptive behavior.Therefore,this study aims to the relationship between various emotional regulation strategies and their social adaptation behaviors.Which in order to enrich the relevant theoretical studies,and hope parents and teachers can pay more attention to the emotional regulation strategies of children and promote the development of social adaption behavior.In this study,the developmental characteristics of emotional regulation strategies of children aged 4-6 years were studied by parent questionnaire.The behavior of children in kindergarten was tested by teacher evaluation method and peer acceptance level was investigated by peer nomination method.Then,the analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out with SPSS22.0 software and the following conclusions are drawn:1.Children aged 4-6 years are the most likely to use alternative activity strategy,and problem solving,but the least to use self-consolation strategy and vent strategy;2.Children aged 4-6 years only have age differences in venting strategies;3.There are only gender differences in emotional regulation strategies among children aged 4-6 years;4.There were gender differences in social adaptation behaviors among children aged 4-6years,but there was no difference in age.The level of peer acceptance of girls was higher than that of boys,and the score of behavior problems of girls was lower than that of boys.5.Peer acceptance level was positively correlated with cognitive reconstruction strategies,alternative activity strategies,and negative correlation with venting strategies.There was a significant negative correlation between children's problem behavior and children's alternative activities,cognitive reconstruction and other positive emotional regulation strategies.There is a significant positive correlation between children's problem behavior and negative emotion regulation strategies such as venting.6.Children's cognitive reconstruction can predict children's social adaptation behavior positively.Cognitive reconstruction strategy can predict children's problem behavior negatively.Venting strategies can significantly negatively predict peer acceptance levels,...
