A Research On Chinese Cinephilia Culture Since Twenty-first Century

In the late 1990 s,the situation that movies resources monopolized by Chinese state-run organizations had been broken by emergence of discs.After more and more people had access to abundant movies of all countries,they start to obsessed in movie.Driven by the complex of “Cinephilia”,they organize screenings and discuss films with another cinephiles spontaneously,and that create cinephilia culture.With popularization of Internet further opened the channel of film watching and discussion in the twenty-first century,cinephilia culture get more diversified development in China: cinephiles write film reviews and discuss with others through internet and social platforms,they create platform for cinephiles and even establish film magazine.Now cinephilia culture have developed to a obvious feature and have a certain influence in Chinese film culture.However,filmology research in China have not give enough attention to cinephilia culture.This thesis intends to tease the development of Chinese cinephilia culture after elucidating cinephilia culture in detail.Meanwhile point the features and significance of cinephilia culture in China.Last but not the least,inspecting the importance of cinephilia culture in China.Filling in gaps in the research of Chinese cinephilia culture by this thesis..
