The Research On Promoting The Hard Power Of Cultural Under The Powerful Cultural Country Background

Nowadays culture has been an important indicator of the development of a country or region, and it also played an important catalytic role to economic and political development. In this context the seventeen session of the six plenary session of the Central Committee proposed the cultural power. It is not only an important part and foundation of the cultural power, but also supports and determines the influence of soft power. So it has important significance for our country to enhance the hard power of culture.This article startis from analyzing the development status of hard power, this dissertation follows the logic method of "question-analysis-solution" and divided into four parts. The first part is preface, analysis of the research background, research status, significance and research methods. The second part is the overview of cultural power and the hard power of culture; it is the dialectical analysis of the concept, the source, the components and the relationship between culture powers. The third part is the development status of hard power; it is the analysis of the achievements like prosperity cultural industries, enhanced production capabilities, constantly improve the policy system, management capacity and strength of cultural transmission. Then I pointed out the problems like the lagging cultural management system, the defective cultural industry chain and the scarcity output of cultural. The last part discussed the countermeasures to promote the hard power of culture. In order to build a socialist cultural power, first of all we should strengthen market-oriented, improve the investment and financing system of the cultural industry, make laws to achieve the purpose of breaking the barrier and improving the cultural industry system; Second we should shape the cultural brand, train men for profession and focus on technological innovation to enhance production capabilities; Third we should formulate correct strategies, develop cultural trade, expand communication to enhancing propagation strength of culture.
