This report first analyzes the characteristics of the article written by Cao Shunqing and gives a brief introduction to the preparation and the arrangements of time and staffs; secondly, this report introduces the problems and difficulties met in the translation by case analysis, including the translation of classical Chinese and complex sentences, and concludes methods and techniques used in the translation: breaking and recombining sentences, omitting and adding, literal translation and free translation; at last, this report summarizes experiences and shortages in this translation practice.In terms of translation principles, the author takes Skopostheorie put forward by German Functionalist School as its primary principle. There are three core rules of skopostheorie-skopos rule, coherence rule and fidelity rule. In addition, while combining with different problems encountered in the process of translation, the author takes different translation methods and techniques, such as literal translation, free translation, amplification, omission and restructuring. At last, the author makes a summary of the problems encountered in translation.
