The Development Of Contemporary Chinese Educators And Its Enlightenment

In the new era,social development day to quickly,China to become a powerful country,we must take the "science and education" this road.In the long-term effects of the fine tradition of respecting the our country,history has appeared in the influential educators and educators growth also caused social concern,the times called for educators.They have their lofty aspirations,open mind,unique ideas,noble character and personality charm of the generation after generation of young people,their growth history is worthy of our research and self-examination.This study is based on the development of educators as a starting point,the study of Mr.Qiu Xuehua's growth history.Through literature research,case studies,interviews and other research methods of diversification analysis,summed up the factors of the development of educators,conditions and enlightenment.This paper mainly from the three part of the study:The first part,introduction.Discuss the value of this article and the reason of choosing the topic.Through the review of the study about educator,on review of educator growth,about Mr.Qiu Xuehua review,a Qiu Xuehua's Education Innovation--"try education theory research and the existing theoretical results on the discussion,as the research direction.The second part,Mr.Qiu Xuehua's education life.First of all,this paper discusses the growth process of Chinese educator Mr.Qiu Xuehua.Secondly,this paper discusses the birth and development,characteristics and contribution of Mr.Qiu Xuehua's educational innovation.Finally,the author summarizes the contents of the three aspects.The third part,the development of contemporary educators--the inspiration from Mr.Qiu Xuehua.This part is the focus of the study,mainly from Qiu Xuehua growth "public house" the evaluation of Mr.Qiu Xuehua,Qiu Xuehua growth "educator" growth factors of reflection,Qiu Xuehua growth to the revelation of the "educator" growth discussed.Study found that growing educators need many factors,in need of social concern,environmental impact and its own efforts,in the process of growth need more its excellent quality,in order to from a common educator growth for an outstanding educator.
