Study On Northeast Sorghum Industry Manchuria Period(1932-1945)

Sorghum as an important food crops in modern northeast,the northeast is the majority of the people’s staple food,can be used as animal feed can also act as industrial raw material,occupies a very important role in modern economic history of northeast China.With the development of the northeast in the late qing dynasty and the increasing of population,sorghum industry increasingly flourish.But since the 918 incident and the establishment of the puppet manchukuo,the Japanese imperialists to northeast China adopted a policy of control,the control of sorghum industry gradually established,broke the northeast sorghum industry development the same pattern,sorghum planting in the tortuous development.Based on the northeast during the period of the puppet sorghum industry as the main line,the system analyzes the fall period of northeast sorghum industry development process,and evaluate the development of the northeast sorghum industry.The first part quotes lots of historical data and historical analysis early puppet puppet government adjustment and control of the northeast sorghum industry condition(1932 ~ 1938),this paper reviewed the development of the northeast sorghum industry before the 918 incident basic situation,analyses the early years of the puppet in-post to restore production and trade of sorghum decline and a series of policy measures.Late in the second part system analyzes the puppet sorghum industry comprehensive control gradually establish(1939 ~ 1945),the key to "grain administration law" the promulgation and implementation of,the establishment of "xingnong cooperatives" and the implementation of the system of "lotus" discusses the preliminary establishment and implementation of the control policy(1939 ~ 1941),and from sorghum "mandatory production" and discusses the implementation of "the decisive battle search load plan",after the outbreak of the Pacific war sorghum industry control policy enforcement(1942 ~ 1942).The third part summarizes the relevant evaluation to the northeast sorghum industry during the period of the puppet,points out that Japan’s basic realized the control of the northeast sorghum industry,slow growth in the northeast sorghum planting in the twists and turns,and as the northeast farmers life characteristics.
