The Phonetic Study On Shandong Binzhou Dialect

Binzhou is located in the north of Shandong Province,which dialect geographically subordinates to West Qi area of West region in Shandong Dialect.About Binzhou dialect,predecessors have had investigation and research,but most confined to a single spot or a particular aspect of dialect,lack of comprehensive,detailed and regional study.This thesis is mainly based on comprehensive and systematic investigation about the phonetic part of Binzhou dialect,to more truly and fully present the basic appearence of the phonetic part of Binzhou dialect through dense dialect spots.On this basis,the thesis will analyze the internal similarities and differences of Binzhou dialect,and analyze the relationship between Binzhou dialect with mandarin,ancient Chinese phonology and adjacent dialects.What's more,the thesis will contain multiple dialect phonetic maps,to further reveal some phonetic features and laws and fill the blank in the research of Binzhou dialect to some extent.The thesis holds five chapters:The First Chapter:Introduction.This chapter introduces the general situation of geography,population and the historical evolutionof Binzhou;overviewand reviews of Binzhou dialect;research significance.methods and material sources;the phoneticsymbol;the information of the research and the pronunciation collaborators.The Second Chapter:The Phonetic System of Binzhou Dialect.This chapter describes the phonetic system including the initial consonants,the final vowels and the tone of the old town of seven main counties,and the tone sandhi and retroflex suffix.Making a phonetic comparison form of 1000 words,which provides rich and informative first-hand material.The Third Chapter:The Initial Study of Binzhou Dialect.This chapter analyzes the initial features of Binzhou dialect,which includes the special discussion of Initial Ri characters,the mix of Jian Yinand Tuan Yin,Zhi group characters,the mix of Jing group ang Duan group.This chapter presents the synchronic geograhical distribution characteristics and the diachronic regulars through four dialect maps.The Fourth Chapter:The Final Study of Binzhou Dialect.This chapter analyzes the final features of Binzhou dialect,which contains intensively discussion on the finals of the first grade in Guo-she of Jian group words,the present pronunciation of ancient erntering tone opening words from Dangjiang-she and the first grade in Dangjiang-she,retroflex suffix and so on.This chapter presents the synchronic geograhical distribution characteristics and the diachronic regulars through five dialect maps.The Fifth Chapter:The Tone Study of Binzhou Dialect.This chapter analyzes the tone features of Binzhou dialect and intensively studies the mergence of tone types and the classification of ancient erntering tone words.This chapter includes four dialect maps and several tables,presents the geograhical distribution characteristics of the tone of Binzhou Dialect clearly,and analyzes the types and the evolution mechanism.
