Buckwheat in our country has a long history of cultivation.In ancient times as a free crop,as an important food supplement in the year of disaster.In modern times due to buckwheat growing short,adaptable,widely planted in the South and North,but also in the diet,sacrifice,cultural and artistic aspects of the formation of a rich content of buckwheat culture.At present,the archaeological excavations unearthed relics of the national buckwheat include: Shaanxi Xianyang Yangjiawan tomb excavated 2000 years ago,Shaanxi Xianyang buckwheat seed Ma Quan and Gansu Wuwei Mozui son of the Han Dynasty relics unearthed during the period of buckwheat seeds,Beijing Fangshan Ding Jia Wa unearthed from the site of the spring and Autumn period of Buckwheat seeds,Inner Mongolia Bayan Tara Liao Dynasty ruins unearthed in Liao Dynasty,Liaoning Dalian buckwheat seeds and small Zhushan Guanglu Island mound sites unearthed prehistoric buckwheat seeds.And these unearthed local buckwheat seeds are concentrated in the range of active ancient Donghu nationality system,Donghu nationality and buckwheat if there is a link? This is an important issue in this paper.Chifeng region is one of the main producing areas of northern buckwheat,but in the industrial development of the system has not formed a system of industrial development measures.With the development of buckwheat in this area,the recognition of domestic and foreign markets,how to develop buckwheat industry is an urgent problem to be solved.As a result,this paper mainly focuses on some controversial issues about buckwheat from a new point of view.Combined with the demonstration and added content based on the results of previous studies and archaeological data are mainly in the following aspects: the name of the name of an examination of buckwheat and buckwheat cultivation and propagation process,and the development of buckwheat industry in Chifeng area.
