| The discovery of new lands in the 14th century has broken the relative isolation between countries as well as the boundary of traditional geographic space,deepening the link throughout the world.In the 21th century,the appearance of Internet provided people with a new virtual space,which also blurred the international boundaries further,turning the world into a world village.The internet has incorporated multiple functions including political,economic,cultural and social functions,bringing dramatic changes to people’s life.Internet has become the new tool of stimulating economic growth and facilitating social development,without which none of the countries will be able to develop.Inevitably,China is now involved in the wave of globalization and informatization.Internet was first developed in the military field and gradually applied to the civil field.The values of democracy and freedom it contained have remained until today and become the strategic weapon USA used to call for "Internet Freedom".In recent years,with China’s development of economy and comprehensive national power,the western countries have been exaggerating the "China Threat Theory" enormously.The traditional isolated political concept starts to spread around the Internet space.Led by USA,the western countries pay great attention to China.They conducted the cultural penetration towards China proactively,with an attempt to propagate the capitalist system and values,erode the thought of people and overturn the state power of the Communist Party.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the party and the government attaches great importance to the development of the Internet,open a new era of network and information to "Internet plus" economic model,showing the full range of opening pattern in the field of Internet,this is both an opportunity and a challenge.In the face of western countries with the advantages of network technology,launched the network culture infiltration of the war,the government needs to continue to improve the existing management system,purify network space,dissemination of socialist culture,for the development of the Internet to provide protection.Looking into the methods and policies of cultural penetration the western countries use,this article summarizes the problems and analyzes the cause.It also provides referable suggestion on the improvement measure of our government based on the experience of the foreign governments. |
