The Prevention And Control Of Biological Diseases In Southern Song Dynasty Office Ruin High Building

The office ruin is not only the seat of government of Chongqing and Sichuan, but also the southwest political and military center in the Southern Song Dynasty. Now, it is the only exiting of the Song Dynasty senior office ruins. It give a good case to research the defense system of mountain city as the birthplace. It has an important significance to research the ancient architecture in southwest of China, the historical changes of Chongqing, and the history of song-Mongolia War.The existing building in the site is the foundation of a High-Platform Architecture that was made by earthen wall of brick package. The site is located in Chongqing City where the climate is mild with a humid subtropical monsoon climate. This kind of climate is suitable for the growth and reproduction of different organisms. According to the survey we found:the surface of the site growth of a variety of herbaceous plants, woody plants, chroococcus unicellular algae, moss and lichen Cladonia wall type, Aspergillus, Penicillium, actinomycete etc. If we don't take measures to protect the sites from the biological diseases as soon as possible, the biological diseases damage of the sites will be more serious and it will not keep the long-term preservation. But above all, the most important thing is to make a scientific system of countermeasures to protect the sites.Based on the review of data about brick-stone culture relics biological diseases and fact-finding, I analyzed the main biological diseases of the site for plant diseases, microbial diseases,and the biological disease mechanism of the ruins of the physical weathering and chemical weathering interaction with each other to form. Through laboratory simulation test and in situ test, the methods are used:manual mechanical removal,3A removal site, the concentration of 5% hydrogen peroxide,3% concentration of bactericidal algaecide and high temperature steam cleaning of microbial inactivation and cleaning, repellent protection site WD-10, finally we get the goal of good biological control.
