With the rapid development of China's economy,the cultural industry has become one of the mainstay industries of the national economy.In 2012,China issued the Plan for the Multiplication of the Cultural Industry during the 12 th Five-year Plan,in which it was indicated that the key industry is the entertainment business.However,organizations specializing in commercial performance didn't have a great adaptability to the market and often had to depend on administrative institutions.Some even had to rely on subsidies to survive.The industry was in the stage of extensive management where there was a lack of systematic thinking and design in the business model.After the shift stage,the government has gradually turned from a dominator in the cultural market to a participant.The direct service target of organizations specializing in commercial performance has turned from government bodies to the public.This change has a direct influence on the business practice and concepts of organizations specializing in commercial performance,which leads to difficulties in operation.Therefore,how to improve the core competitiveness with favorable policies to produce high-quality cultural products that meet consumers' cultural demands has become a problem that cultural enterprises have to analyze carefully and solve.The Qian Jiang Liang Hua Art Troupe,as a privately-owned troupe famous in Zhejiang Province,also faces the challenges above.In this thesis,the author analyzed factors impeding the rapid development of art shows by studying the theoretical basis of the business model and combing it with the condition of the art group.On the basis of this,the author came up with the plan of the gradual development from the “sponsorship” commercial model to the “performance supermarket” commercial model by applying the outcome of theoretical and practical research on art performance's commercial model and combing it with the art group's own features.Also,the author came up with the idea of promoting the building of talent teams,the reform of financing methods,the innovation of technical application,and the practice of marketing strategies in the practice of “the cultural train”.It has been proved by practice that the business model of the Qian Jiang Liang Hua Art Troupe is effective,can be a reference for other groups in their development planning,business management,and business models,and will promote the rapid and healthy development of China's entertainment industry.
