In the era of spiritual economy,culture and art have been integrated into tourism industry in various ways.Many distinctive new industrial models have been formed.Landscape performance is one of them.The spiritual and economic times provide the opportunity for the development of the landscape performance,and also bring the challenge.Behind the rapid development of more than 10 years,the problems of the landscape performance are constantly exposed.It is worth studying and thinking about how to make the landscape performance industry develop healthily and occupy a place in the competitive market.This paper takes " Landscape performance " as the research object and takes its "business model" as the breakthrough point.First of all,using the theory of spiritual economy,the concept value characteristics and the difference between it and other performances are analyzed.Then the necessity of the construction of the commercial mode of the landscape performance is expounded,which is what kind of benefits can be brought about by the successful operation of the landscape performance business model.Then,from the two levels of "creative development" and "marketing promotion" of business models of landscape real performance,this paper summarizes the rules and paradigms of the operation of business models of landscape performance based on theoretical analysis and case studies.Finally,it points out the existing problems and shortcomings in the current stage of the industrial and commercial model of the landscape performance,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement It is hoped that the analysis and exposition of this article will have certain reference significance for enriching and deepening the art economic theory and the production and operation practice of landscape real performance industry.
