The basic structure of the old Chinese society is based on ethics, mutual to each other as heavy, professional division for basic social division of labor, there is no class antagonisms, rely on the traditional etiquette and custom maintain the existing social order. However, with the collapse of the old social order, "cultural disorder" led to the establishment of a new social order does not rise, the state power can not build up. In the face of national survival, Liang Shuming tries to put the national salvation and Enlightenment integration, "accomplish the whole task at one stroke".He tried to achieve national self salvation and innovation of new human culture through the construction of rural areas, instead of copying the western culture.
