C-E Translation Of Imperative Sentences In Mechanical Operation Manual Of DGBS Double Press Belt Dry Squaring & Chamfering Machine

I divide the imperative sentence appear in this paper into general imperative sentence and special imperative sentence, which general imperative sentences including affirmative imperative sentences and negative imperative sentence and special imperative sentence including conditional imperative sentences, passive imperative sentences and parallel imperative sentence. According to the guidance of skopos theory, the imperative sentences appear in the mechanical operation manual take five translation methods: direct interpretation translation, fixed structure translation, passive becomes active translation, negative becomes positive translation and punctuation translation.
