Analysis Of The Linguistic Style Of Zhangailing's Novels

Zhang Ailing is a brilliant female writer. Till now, her works are welcomed by native researchers and abroad. Her successful pieces reflect Zhang's special usages of language. This article bases on the frame of “Chinese Language Style”, written by Li Yunhan. Meanwhile, this article studys chinese rhetoric and does some instance analysis. In her novels, she used language in unusual ways and metaphor, showing her unique and vivid writing style. Common saying, dialect words, learned words and four character structure, this four kind language combine together to deliver her writing style. Zhang combines traditional culture with westerns. Then, folded and repeating words sound pleasantly. Lastly, the author concludes Zhang's writing style. Her language style owes to two reasons. The main reason is from personal experience, language training and personality. Unsteady living age and foreign cultural influence play vital role in her writing style.
