With the further penetration and integration of the global economy, the economy of culture is gradually evolved into the mainstream of world economic development. Cultural trade as one of the important factors that constitute the international trading system, has been widespread concern of the international community, it has been improving a country's international competitiveness and influence of an important tool. China and South Korea with the Department of Asia, both similar cultural background, but also the source of much cultural exchange; both with each other friendly neighbors and trading partners to each other. Korea since 1988 "cultural nation" strategy, made a series of remarkable achievements. Music, TV shows, movies represented by the "Korean wave" effect has played not only in Asian countries, and wider dissemination to European countries or even the globe. Compared to the Korean culture and trade, cultural trade deficit with China seriously unbalanced trade structure, lower international competitiveness. Therefore, China and South Korea's business culture comparative study for the promotion of Chinese cultural trade development has an important reference.In this paper, the development of China-ROK cultural trade as the research object, one describes the status of China and South Korea cultural trade development from a cultural trade, industry structure, market structure and economic growth in four aspects. Second, the choice of the international market share, profitability, business competitiveness index, revealed comparative advantage index, export growth advantage index, net exports revealed comparative advantage index, revealed comparative competitive advantage index for China and South Korea two seven indicators the international competitiveness of the country's business culture of a comparative analysis, and points out the shortcomings of China's cultural trade industry on this basis. Third, respectively, from the human resource factor, capital investment factors, the legal system factors, factors marketing strategy, brand strategy perspective of five factors analyzed and compared the factors that influence the development of China-ROK cultural trade. Fourth, we proposed on the basis of the comparison analysis from speed up the training and the introduction of high-quality cultural industry talent, give full play to the role of government macro-control, expanding cultural trade marketing channels, to build a world-renowned companies and brands, enhance scientific and technological innovation, reduce cultural discount influence six areas to promote the rapid development of China's cultural trade...
