The study revolves around the features of status quo as well as relations and internal influential mechanisms between the leadership charm of private enterprises and motivations and organizational loyalty of employees' work. The paper is based on such relevant theories as charismatic leadership theory, work motivation theory and personified organizational thought, three studies are carried out by means of questionnaires, expert revaluations and statistical analysis and so forth. First, it initially discusses the dimensional structure of the leadership charm of private enterprises and analyzes the features of the status quo. Secondly, it explores the dimensional structure of the organizational loyalty of private enterprises, and analyzes the features of the status quo. Thirdly, it explores the dimensional structure of the employees' work motivations of private enterprises, and discuses the relations between the leadership charm of private enterprises and organizational loyalty of employees, and also explores the regulatory role existing in work motivations, staff gender, working life of employees working directly under their superiors.The study retrieved 800 effective questionnaires filled out by employees of private enterprises, and draws the major conclusions as follows through analyses of statistical softwares such as SPSS and so on.First, in the context of private enterprises in China, the charisma of leaders presents four dimensions, i.e. moral models, leadership quality, the charisma of visions, care for subordinates,(according to the average in descending order). Through analyses of difference test, it is discovered that in the eyes of employees, the four dimensions of the direct leadership charm have obvious differences on the eight demographic variables to varied degrees. The eight demographic variables are gender, degree, serving years, position, the position of the direct leader, serving years in direct leaders, the total sum of corporate staff, the gender of direct leaders respectively.Second, in the context of private enterprises in China, organizational loyalty of employees presents three dimensions, which are organizational contribution, sense of belonging and organizational identities(according to the average in descending order). Through analyses of difference test, it is found that the three dimensions of the organizational loyalty demonstrate distinctions on the six demographic variables to varying extent. Those variables are sex, age, degree, serving years, department, positions respectively.Third, in the context of private enterprises in China, work motivations of workers present three dimensions, which are survival motivation, relation motivation, development motivation and(according to the average in descending order).To conclude, by exploring the relations and internal influential mechanisms between the leadership charm of private enterprises and organizational loyalty of employees, it is discovered that all dimensions of leadership charm exert obvious predictive effects on the various dimensions of work motivation of employees; and through regulatory effect, it is also found that the survival motivation of staff plays a negative role in the relation of leadership charm of direct superiors and organizational loyalty of employees, whereas the development motivation plays a positive one in the relation; staff gender and serving years of working under direct superiors are two variables that exert regulatory effects on the relation between leadership charisma of direct superiors and organizational loyalty of employees.
