Study On Leadership Style And Charisma Of Leaders In Performing Arts Group

Leaders' leadership styles have a great influence on performing arts organizations.Many performing arts organizations focus on leaders to carry out art production and management,and excellent leaders will bring good benefits to the group.Zhu Zongqing Percussion Orchestra is a well-known performing arts organization in Taiwan.It has been established and developed for 34 years.Under the leadership of Zhu Zongqing,nobody knew about percussion in Taiwan in the past Now percussion is very influential.Zhu Zongqing has solved many difficulties in the process.The Zhu Zongqing Percussion Orchestra has received a lot of attention in the field of performing arts,and its achievements are closely related to the leader Zhu Zongqing.This article uses leader theory to analyze Zhu Zongqing's leadership,to explore Zhu Zongqing's leadership style and charisma,and how they affect the organization.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly outlines the concept of the performing arts organization,the research definition,and the basic situation of Zhu Zongqing and his percussion orchestra;The second chapter analyzes Zhu Zongqing's leadership characteristics and the effect on leadership behavior;The third chapter analyzes Zhu Zongqing's leadership behavior and displayed leadership style;The fourth chapter analyzes Zhu Zongqing's leadership behavior and displayed leadership style in different situations;The fifth chapter summarizes Zhu Zongqing's leadership style and charisma and makes suggestions for Zhu Zongqing's leadership.
