Today, with the rapid economic development, the network has become an indispensable role in people's daily life. The development of our socialist market economy being mature, brand has become a decisive factor which tends to attract consumers'attention and improve the competitive ability of the commodity market.In this case, regional brand image design has become one of the local research important topic. The construction of rural urbanization is the important platform expanding domestic demand of our national economy.The issue on how to develop the brand image design at the tourist areas and at the same time, how to combine with regional culture has become an important research direction. The status and importance of brand image design as well as views on the overall research of the combination of public opinion in the region has become prominent. In addition, many developing countries abroad have regional culture blended and plentiful famous local culture associated with the background of brand design is worthy of our study and reference.From the regionally cultural perspective, for the rural urbanization construction, the priority is to reflect traditional region culture characteristic and set up the unique brand image. In order to construct rural urbanization,however, characteristics of cultural heritage cannot be abandoned; in order to promote the development of the urbanization, however, the construction of rural urbanization cannot be one-sided practice. The brand image design associated with regional culture is not only to create a brand, or a card of national characteristics, and after the rural urbanization in China but also an important manifestation of spiritual civilization construction, an inheritance and protection of traditional culture.This paper analyzes the history and present situation on the perspective of regional culture at home and abroad, summarizes the trend of regional culture of brand image design according to relevant references and cases;based on the relevant knowledge brand and design, induces the methods to design regionally cultural brand image in terms of improvements of regional economy, conversation and inheritance of regional culture in rural urbanization and by means of the new media environment and modern information and, finally puts forward a systematic and comprehensive mode and design methods which are able to provide relevant reference on the basis of the example of regional culture construction and image design in jinzhou, dalian.
