Virtual cultivation of food enterprises staff will be conducive to going on the road of sustainable development, promoting harmonious development of society, improving food enterprises respect for human life. On ethical virtue cultivation of food enterprises staff, it is based on eastern and western virtue thought. The virtue thought give us some inspirations on ethical virtue cultivation of food enterprises staff, the inspirations mainly include that cultivator should make staff abandon the concept of moral tool in real life, and cultivator should make staff regards the doctrine of mean as objective, staff's action should be just right and avoid over and under, and great attention must be paid to linking theory with practice during the process of cultivation, cultivator should promote staff moral internalization by virtue, thus promote ethical virtue of staff obtain development, and the process of cultivation should be long-range, cultivator should promote staff form good habits by moral practice, thus promote ethical virtue of staff obtain sublimation.According to the ideas of eastern and western traditional virtue and their enlightenments combined with the main ethical reasons are related by food safety problem, practicability of our country food enterprises staff ethical virtue cultivation nowadays will take the cultivation of economic ethics, the cultivation of science and technology ethics, the cultivation of responsibility ethics and the cultivation of life ethics as the main cultivation content, take enhance moral cognition, strengthen moral infection, realize moral internalization and promote moral sublimation as the main cultivation link. The difference of cultivation content is the different place of food enterprises and general enterprises about cultivation of staff ethical virtue, and the same of cultivation link is the common place of food enterprises and general enterprises. In the specific practice of the operation, the cultivation contents must be combined with the cultivation links and not be divided by cultivator.Cultivation on moral virtue of staff is an endless process of practising morality and enhancing myself, that will undergo a long term process of repeated cultivation or corrective training, which is an evolutionary process of gradual improvement, that has long term and repeatability regularity. Cognition link is belong to the budding link, in which staff form moral consciousness, that is mainly through the following approaches to cultivate and deepen staff's moral cognition ability, such as cognizing moral conflict and moral dilemma; Infection link is belong to the producing link, in which moral example and staff's mind interact each other; Internalization link is belong to the quantitative link, in which staff's ethical virtue will be developed from heteronomy of will to autonomy of will; Sublimation link is belong to the change link, in which staff's ethical virtue will be produced gradually, the cultivation approaches include that cultivation of moral behavior habit and cultivation of moral idea and belief.When cultivator is cultivating ethical virtue of staff, cultivator should promote staff understand necessity and obligation of morality, should pay attention to the transform problem from heteronomy of will to autonomy of will, the relationship between subject and object and the repeatability of staff's ethical virtue during the cultivating process.
