School adaptation is always the hot topic for the educators and researchers to do the study.Especially in recent years, the negative events occurred more and more frequently in the college students group which makes us to pay more attention to the mental health, personality healthy, the school adaptation and related issues. At the period of University,college students are facing many new challenges, such as campus life adaptation, interpersonal relationships, emotional problems, and occupation planning selection etc., In addition, the mental health and personality development of the students based on exam-oriented education system has not been given due attention in the long-term besides the shortcoming on the ability of independence and self-management skills. The above reality factors and objective limits may interfere and restrict students properly solve the problems in various stages of the University. But unfortunately, throughout the predecessors of the existing research there has been no researchers to explore whether the college students’ perceived teacher support and its own self-determination motivation of both combine together to form to the student in school of colleges and universities to adapt to the influence and restriction mechanism, whether the impact, how to influence, or in the field of research of the unknown problems yet to be clarified.At present, the research focus on the school adjustment of medical college students group is very few. They are the main preparatory power of the healthcare industry in the future. The medical work is related to people’s life and health which has a significant responsibility. Compared with the students from other majors, the medical college students have more professional theory courses and experiment tasks coupled with the abstraction of medical professional knowledge and large amount of memory with difficult to understand. They bear more heavy schoolwork burden.Was reviewed on the related researches from domestic and overseas, the thesis is on the basis of selection of medical college students as the subjects. In order to learn about general characteristics of the school adjustment of medical college students during the college study. At the same time, this paper discusses medical college students’ perceived teacher support and self-determination motivation alone and in combination with two factors, whether for medical students’ school adjustment to form some kind of mechanism. The study adopts questionnaire survey based at Henan polytechnic university recruited 280 students from medical college for research. The results of the study are as follows:1. The adaptability level of Medical College Students is not high in general and there is a significant difference in the gender, the source of students, whether as a student leader on demo logy variable.2. Medical college students’ perceived teacher support level can positively predict students’ school adjustment.3. Self-determination motivation is play a role of mediator between the medical college students perceived teacher support and school adjustment.
