According to the cognitive theory, the generation, development and maintenance of anxiety are closely related to cognitive processing.Studies have shown that highly anxious individuals have attentional bias to negative stimuli, the attentional bias are based on the difficulty of disengagement of attention to threatening stimulus.A negative stimulus will make it easier for an individual to be in a state of anxiety. It is assumed that generalized anxiety individuals attention bias to negative stimuli can be adjusted through attention training, and then ease their anxiety. In this study,we use the probe detection task through two studies: generalized anxiety disorder individuals attention bias research and attentional bias training of generalized anxiety individuals intervention study to discuss the generalized anxiety disorder individuals whether there is attentional bias to negative emotional stimuli, whether attentional bias training will change their attentional bias, and to explore attentional training mechanism and intervention effects on emotional state. The results of this study showed that:1.Generalized anxiety individuals are more sensitive to the emotional stimuli, and exist the attention bias to negative emotional stimuli.2.Compared with the control group, the negative attention in the training group was significantly decreased, and the result showed that attentional bias training could cause the change of the generalized anxiety disorder individuals' attention bias.3.Compared with the control group, the negative attention scores of the training group were significantly decreased, which showed that the attention bias training promoted the ability of disengagement of attention to threatening stimulus;4.The attentional bias training task has caused the positive mood changes, and alleviated the state anxiety of the wide range of anxiety individuals.
