Study On Cultural And Creative Tourism Development Potential Of Dalian

Since the 21st century,along with land,oil,coal and other material resources increasingly depleted,degradation of ecological environment,the world gradually to meet the arrival of post-industrial era.Then,in this context,cultural industry has spawned the emergence of this new economic form.Culture industry is regarded as the gold industry in the 21st century,sunrise industry,smokeless industry.Compared with the traditional economic form,its advantage is obvious.The world more and more realize the development of the industry of domestic economy and the necessity of sustainable development to us.And the cultural industry is similar,but different kind of emerging industry is called the creative industry,the United States called the copyright industry,creative industry as more popular in England.And the cultural creative tourism industry as a cultural industry and creativity industry subcategories,because of its green environmental protection,plastic molding,creative features,such as at present in the developed countries and some developing countries economy is relatively developed in full swing.Dalian,Liaoning province,China,as a national tourist city,this paper discusses the potential of the development of cultural creative tourism,trying to have development potential into reality competitiveness,is to improve the city image,transformation of economic growth,optimizing the industrial upgrading,the only way to realize optimization.To explore cultural creativity in Dalian tourism development potential,not only can enrich theoretical significance,more has irreplaceable practical meaning.This paper is to explore the Dalian cultural creative tourism development potential as the research subject,from the theoretical overview,the present situation analysis,potential research and countermeasures to discuss four aspects were studied.Based on the industrial convergence theory,maslow’s hierarchy of needs,sustainable development theory and methods.On a summary related theory of involved,including the concept of cultural and creative industry and differences,cultural creative tourism industry and its characteristics,etc.And,according to the principle of a series of building index system,build the evaluation of Dalian development of cultural creative tourism development potential.USES the SWOT qualitative analysis and quantitative factor analysis to evaluate Dalian cultural creative tourism development potential and discussion.The results are of Dalian tourism industry with the development of cultural creative potential.But the development potential of the economic basis,the urban environment,science and technology ability,innovation ability and the influence of such factors as constraints.Finally proposed to convert potential into reality competitiveness measures is the cultivation of creative talents,the support of national policy,the depth of the tourism resources of mining.
