The Return Of Design

Design can be easily found everywhere in our daily life,from a small cup to a huge airplane.Since design came to our life,it has met every needs of human being and has brought us great convenience,becoming an indispensable part of our life.However,with the change of social value,design has to some extent deviated form its original meaning.It is not from life but beyond life.This thesis proposes the topic of “the return of design” in order to advocate that design should return to nature,humanity and people’s life,so that it can better benefit human development.In the current situation of unbalanced development of design,we can draw on the experience of ancient people to get the wisdom of life.By focusing on the life style and living attitude,this thesis explores the idea of “the return of design”,summarizes the theoretical connotation of its origin and attempts to interpret the original feelings among human,nature and life.
