The Analysis On Western Inter—Provincial Competitive Advantages Of Cultural Industry

The regional cultural industry is the coupling of the regional economy and the regional culture,it’s more than a kind of cultural activity but a kind of economic activity.Many aspects of the theoretical research and the application research has been covered by the latest domestic and international research about the regional cultural industry.And the theoretical research is getting much deeper,the range of the application research is also gradually enlarging.As the main theoretical base,the research of the principle of comparative advantage of the regional cultural industry’s exploitation is the requirement of the regional cultural industry‘s development.Meanwhile it is the requirement of developing industry development strategies and the planning in all regions of our country.This paper collate the relating domestic and international literature firstly,and then we did deeply research based on the forefathers’ theoretical exploration to do a systematic exposition and comparison of the comparative advantages among the cultural industry of the western provinces in our country.In order to explore the principle of comparative advantage and the practical problem of he western provincial cultural industry’s exploitation,this paper does some analysis on the following aspects mainly: firstly,this paper puts forward the concept of the comparative advantages of regional cultural industry development,and explains its connotation and characteristics.Secondly,based on the analysis of regional cultural industry’s composition of the factor endowment,its formation mechanism is discussed by this paper,and it establishes the framework and the path of the comparative advantages of regional cultural industry development.Thirdly,based on the theory,this paper established the index system of the comparative advantages of provincial cultural industry development in the western part,with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,and evaluates the comprehensive comparative advantage of the the western provinces in China’s cultural industry development,to let the western provinces understand the size of the comparative advantage development of cultural industry objectively,to determine a elements field that has comparative advantage.Finally,on the basis of the empirical results,in the view of the regional differences of the cultural industry development’s comparative advantages among the western provinces in our country,this paper puts forward some related suggestions of the cultural industry development strategies and the planning for the westernprovinces.The main conclusions of this paper is: the problem of the imbalance of regional cultural industry’s development in the western regions in our country is serious,the industrial development level among the different regions、 cities and provinces can be roughly divided into three levels,the transformation of resources among the different levels is limited,the development domain is also mainly confined to the traditional cultural industries.No matter from the point of view of technology innovation,or in terms of optimal allocation of resources,or from the point of view of system optimization,the western provincial cultural industry’s deep exploitation and planning are promising.
