Time management is a behavior that people consciously manage their own time with some skills. It's a behavior that people make some plans according to their goal that they expect the weight of affairs, and their own actual situation. It helps people make full use of time and enrich their lives so that improve themselves. This behavior can be predicted by one's attitude combining with other conditions. And the theory of planned behavior is a theory that is widely used in the area of predicting behavior. Attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control can predict the intention of behavior. The intention of behavior can predict and intervene behavior. Time perspective is about people perceive and experience their past, present and future. Time perspective and time management is parts of psychological time. Time perspective helps people become self-acceptance and cherish time and imagine the future. General self-efficacy is about people confidence in achieving success. It produces an effect on whether behavior happens or not and how people evaluate themselves. The research about time management and time perspective is conductive to enrich the theory of psychological time and provides theoretical basis for cultivating the ability of mastering time of college students. It helps predict time management behavior and time perspective to add the variable of general self-efficacy and also provides one more path from time management to time perspective.1000 college students in several universities in Inner Mongolia to be subjects were selected to establish the time management scale base on the theory of planned behavior. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze data.500 college students in Inner Mongolia Normal University were tested with the time management scale base on the theory of planned behavior, time perspective scale and general self-efficacy scale. Descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, analysis of correlation and analysis of regression were used to analyze data and drew the following conclusions:1. This research established the time management scale base on the theory of planned behavior with good reliability ana validity which can be used to guide the intervention of time management behavior with the indirect measurement part and investigate the relationship with other variables with the direct measurement part.2. The score of the time management scale base on the theory of planned behavior, time perspective scale and general self-efficacy scale of college students in Inner Mongolia Normal University are greater than the median. It means that they are good at master time and with higher self-confidence.3. The time management was significantly and positively correlated with the general self-efficacy and the positive time perspective. The dimension of deny the past of the negative time perspective was significantly and positively correlated with time management attitude(direct measurement), time management perceived behavior control, other dimensions of the negative time perspective, the general self-efficacy and total points of the time management. The dimension of density of the negative time perspective was significantly and positively correlated with the time management attitude and perceived behavior control(direct measurement), the dimension of aim and orientation of the positive time perspective, the total points of the positive time perspective, the general self-efficacy, the total points of the time management and the negative time perspective.4. There is significant difference between different levels of time management in the four dimensions. The high score group got higher score and the low score group got lower score. And the difference was indeed resulting from the four dimensions of the positive time perspective.5. We can use the general self-efficacy and the time management to predict the positive time perspective.6. The general self-efficacy plays partial intermediary role between the time management and the positive time perspective.
