Research On The Culture Reconstruction Of CangZhou Rural Community Under The Background Of Urbanization

To strengthen the construction of rural culture is a necessary link of building a new socialist countryside.The cultural construction of rural areas has the unique function of inheriting social civilization,promoting social harmony,promoting social harmony,promoting life service and promoting economic development.Therefore,the development of agriculture,the progress of the countryside,and the farmers' richness all cannot leave the culture's feeding and support.The socialist new rural community culture is not only different from the feudal culture,but also different from the modern urban culture and the western culture.The road of its construction can only be created instead of a simple inheritance or copy,namely inheritance,discard and innovation.Be based on the regional characteristics of the rural areas is a must,combing with the spirits of the times.The current role in the rural areas of a variety of cultural contradictions and conflicts should be carefully analyzed,and the overall direction of rural community culture for building harmonious rural services should be firmly grasped to take the road of cultural reconstruction.By applying the Marxism rural culture construction theory and related content as guidance,and the domestic and foreign research results as reference,this dissertation conducts empirical analysis by visiting Cangzhou city government at all levels and the relevant departments.Afterwards it concludes the current situation of Cangzhou rural community culture construction and the relevant achievements as follows: the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage project and the traditional rural culture and promote the development.However,there are still serious problems that hinder the construction of rural community culture in Cangzhou,for example,the singleness of farmers' cultural pastime,the limited role of cultural cadres,few cultural activities and the insufficient usage of public cultural equipment.The achievements should be maintained and improved,and the problems need a solution.Based on the actual situation and relevant theories,a rational planning and development objectives should be made,to ensure the long-term economic investment,strengthen the organization and leadership,create a good environment for the reconstruction,and vigorously develop rural cultural talents,to carry out a variety of rural community cultural activities,thus to promote the reconstruction of rural community culture in Cangzhou.The reconstruction of rural community culture in Cangzhou is a process to transform the negative aspects of rural culture,protect the positive aspects,thus to rebuild “new culture” which matches the requirements of social construction and helps the developments of famers and rural developments.It would be mental impetus and intellectual supports for the harmonious rural construction.
