Studies On The Way Of PKM For MTCSOL

Since the concept of personal knowledge management was proposed, all walks of life have paid much attention to it. Most of the current research is about teacher or graduate's personal knowledge management. But he discipline structure is very single, content is quite outdated, so it cannot solve the specific problems. Therefore, to study how the MTCSOL students do their personal knowledge management and their personal knowledge management is effective or not is very necessary.As I know, the students of MTCSOL need to write teaching journal during their internship. And writing teaching journal is one way for them to manage their own knowledge. This article is based on the theory of personal knowledge management as well as the theories of teaching journal. Through questionnaires and interviews to survey the current situation of the MTCSOL's teaching journal. This study explores the problems of the current teaching journal's writing. The research shows that:Most students don't know the concept of teaching journal clearly and they need some professional conduct. They also have problems on the feature, form and content of teaching journal. They think that the most important part of teaching journal is teaching reflection. By writing teaching journal they want to improve the ability of teaching reflection. In addition, in the process of writing if they come across some difficulties, most of them use the Internet to search information, or communicate with their classmates to find a solution. They also hope to have some guiding before writing teaching journal. There are some students wanting to communicate with more students and teachers to get the solution for their problems. In addition, based on the findings and case studies of 30 students'teaching journal, this research summarizes the common problems that exist in them and analyze the causes of the problem. At last put forward some reasonable suggestions, hoping to help the students do well with their personal knowledge management.
