Group come from the people’s social and practical activities, the living style of the group is the transformation of human society, the factual essence of group is the sum of all social relations, and ideal essence of group is the consortium of a freed man. Individual generates in human survival practice, the way of individual is that modified and improved their own subjective world, the factual essence of individual is the sum of subjective world, the ideal essence of individual is free personality.The second part of the article expounds the alienation of human, first of all, it talks about the alienation of kind which from the alienation of labor products and labor, labor only become a means to survive, at the same time, the essence of free consciousness get lost, and it raises the alienation of the essence of kind. And then states the alienation of group, in capitalist society, this alienation especially presented the conflict between proletariat and bourgeoisie, and respectively explains the alienation of proletariat and the bourgeoisie, it is fairly far from the capitalist society to the consortium of a freed man. Finally, it illustrates the alienation of the individual, because of the division of labor, the scope of activities of the individual is fixed, which makes people become one-sided, money consumption under the commodity economy makes people more and more materialized, the pursuit is very single and deformities.The sublation of alienation is the liberation. The third part of the article shows human liberation from three dimensions. The liberation of the kind is obtained from the nature of liberation. The liberation of the group refers to the liberation in the human society. Advanced social groups achieve liberation by the way of enhance their consciousness, fight for political rights. Individual liberation refers to get rid of the shackles of social relations of their own free comprehensive development, and achieve to independent status. Finally, on the basis, it illustrates the differences and relation of three dimensions of liberation.The last part, it illustrates the conditions of liberation of human in three aspects which from the development of productivity, the common growth of communication and the combination of education and production.
