The art market is an important part of cultural industry, painting market is the main part of the art market. Artwork as a kind of typical heterogeneous products was researched by foreign scholars with quantitative research methods. In this method, scholars use the characteristics of price model to research the construction of the characteristics factors in either the price of artwork or a single artist's artwork. At present in China some related research has failed to form system, espec ially the study on the characteristics of price model to painting artwork is rare. This paper firstly combed the painting price methods commonly used at home and abroad; Then according to traditional Chinese painting auction data at Yachang artwork net, combining with the specific situation of Chinese painting and the auction market, we choose nine variables as factors that influence the price of painting artwork from the three levels of art features, artists and auction agencies. By data integration and quantization, eventually establish a model of the Chinese painting artwork prices. B y using the data we collected, paper estimated these characteristic variable coefficient of the price, verified the relationship between Chinese painting artwork price and th e characteristic variables, and applied the Chinese painting artwork prices model to practice.In this paper, we get the following conclusions: in the price model, the characteristic variable "artists age" is removed from the equation; in 10 artists' artworks, the price of wu guanzhong's artworks is the highest, and the lowest price is from Bai Xueshi; research on prices model coefficient suggests that "size" has the greatest influence on prices, "description" in the second, and "age" in the third, the “auction date” gets the lowest affection; in artworks, paintings with theme of landscape get the highest price, portrait themes painting get more advantage than the flower and bird themes painting; dead artists' painting generally gets high prices; the highest prices of the artworks are got at Christie's in Hong Kong; the artworks sold in 2010-2014 got the highest price; in the price model, the difference value of Chen peiqiu's personal artwork data occupied 0.1% of the actual price, is the highest estimation accuracy; the prices of painting artwork is influenced also by macro factors, artists, art works, the collection and investors irrational factors.
