These years are critical for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island which focuses on ecological environment and Li culture. Li nationality, with a history of more than4,000years, is one of the earliest residents in Hainan Island. Showing Li nationality from different aspects can help more westerners know Hainan and China, and promote the "going out" of Chinese culture and the national soft power.This report is a summary of the translation process of TV and the Lifestyle Changes of Li Nationality Resident, written by Qing Zhijun, dean of Journalism and Communication Department, Hainan Normal University. It has four parts:The first part is an introduction of this translation program, including background and text type analysis. The second part talks about translation strategies sticking to the "Three Adherences" in publicity translation under cultural translation strategy. The third part is case study, which includes cultural content (cultural-loaded words, Chinese era name and literary Chinese) translation, translation techniques application and the obtrusion of translators. The translation process is mainly reflected in the second and the third part. The last part includes experiences and remaining problems.This report starts with Mr. Huang Youyi's "Three Adherences" in publicity translation. The translation of Li nationality's political culture from publicity-oriented perspective is up to now a new form of minority culture translation at home. The translator hopes it will play a role in future nationality political culture translation.
