Based on the comment of the universe and the restriction of the specific historical reality,the subject characterized by "negative" never absent in the twentieth century poetry writing,the expression of literary modernity is hard to resist for the subject aphasia and schizophrenia.The so-called negative subject refers to the subject in a one-way relationship of "subject-object",and generate in the negative elements such as the blank,split personality,loneliness,contradiction,nightmare,aphasia,blank and so on.This kind of the negative subject in the poetry text is appeared to the split and multi-level lyrical subject.Zhang Zao looks straight into the negative factors in the survival,and construct a equal conversation way with heart,nature and the universe,so as to make the lyrical subject to the two-way relationship of "subject-subject",achieve the breakthrough and sublimate of negativity Within the scope of the poetry expression.The subject in Zhang Zao's poetry expounds three main performance level of the negativity:One is the exile.The life fate straying between the native country and foreign land is seen as the exile of "mother tongue".He is looking for towards individual internal,the language sense of the ideal world far away.However,He finally realizes the distance is a fake.The second is the blank.From the gods after the hidden value disorder to contemporary dispelling the sublime and the collective aphasia behind the language game,writing the blank for Zhang Zao is to write essential condition of modern poets.The third is the contradiction.Zhang Zao all his life survives a contradictory attitude.He appears violent content in the form of the oxymoron,hidden under the beautiful situation,so as to face the survival of the paradox and negative which are not eliminated.In order to resist the subject with the above passive states,Zhang Zao tries hard to set up a new dialogue in the poem:the other.The other is the essence that poetry constructs the subject and repairs the self-image.At the macro level,"The other"refers to the poet to absorb and use the art essence of traditional Chinese poetry and western modern poetry.Borrowing from the legacies of both Chinese classic literature and Western modernist literature,Zhang Zao manages to strike up the macro conversation with the significance of intertextuality between the texts of his poems and the macro other.At the micro level,the other is the lyrical subject's various communication objects,including relatives and friends,a poet,self-image virtual or split,and participating in the subject construction of different roles.The lyrical subject with the micro other forms the micro dialogue toward the bosom friend and inner fission.Through dialogue structure of subject and "the other",Zhang Zao breaks the ubiquity of aphasia and lonely in the life,and then repairs the damaged.subject which is in the negative situation such as the exile,the blank and the violence.Depending on the philosophy of life that man should never thoroughly yield to despair,Zhang Zao achieves the sublimation of negativity in his poetry writing.Use the sweet with soft,light,transparent,cool and quiet to refresh the fatalism in real dilemma,which caused by the exile,aphasia and the contradiction.The heaviness of death replaces into gentle metaphor.All these sublimate the negative quality of the lyrical subject into praise of lamentation.Using the multiple dreams,the maze and the Subtle small show the inner space of the infinite and eternal,so as to cope with the numb and empty of external world.Poetry captured from the daily gadgets,and the inherent paradox in poetical discourse symbolized by the delicate process of Chinese cuisine,altogether,help contribute to a place of peace and tranquility for the subject.The process Zhang Zao builds the negative subject mainly reflects two kinds of poetics concept.On the first hand,it is the meta-poetry writing attitude,focusing on the language of poetry and the creative process,and how the poetry of Chinese language is able to be fleshed out in Modern Chinese poems.On the other hand,it is the consciousness of history.With the realization that tradition is actually a dynamic process of construction,we can probe into the subtleties of the relationship among present,future and the history contained in traditions,and in this way the divisions of time and space can be transcended.
