Objective To investigate the differences between breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) before and after, within the parameter of ER, PR, HER-2, Ki-67,P53and pathological changes in grading MPMethods We collect the implementation of210cases of breast cancer to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Shandong Liaocheng People’s Hospital from January2009to December2012. Before neoadjuvant chemotherapy underwent core needle biopsy. After2-4cycles of chemotherapy we trade radical mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery. Both before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast primary tumor clinical examination, breast x-ray examination, according to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST, version1.1) of the primary tumor in breast cancer clinical evaluation of efficacy. In the same time, we evaluate the pathological efficacy according to Miller and Payne (MP) grading system.Results1)210cases after NAC, complete remission33cases,124cases of partial remission, stable disease in42cases,11cases of disease progression. The total effective rate was74.7%.2) MP classification:13cases1,35cases2,30cases3,87cases4and45cases5.3) NAC for ER, PR, HER-2,Ki-67and P53expression status has no effect. ER, HER-2, P53negative expression efficiency and positive difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4) Clinical breast examination and X-ray examination of relevant clinical and pathological evaluation of a statistical evaluation of the correlation (χ2=30.124, P=0.001, χ2=26.305, P=0.001).Conclusions The clinical evaluation of breast cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy statistically correlated with pathological evaluation.
