Objective:To investigate the difference of coagulation function between patients with obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome?OSAHS?and control group in QingHai province and to investigate the incidence of venous thromboembolism?VTE?in OSAHS patients. To find out the risk factors of OSAHS patients with VTE by case-control study and provide the clue for the early detection of high-risk patients and give timely prevention and treatment. Methods:From September 2016 to December 2017,206 cases of OSAHS patients diagnosed by polysomnography?PSG?in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were selected as OSAHS group.According to the physical examination or other examination confirmed that no obesity and upper airway anatomy anomalies,no typical nocturnal sleep snoring, daytime lethargy, lingual cyanosis, edema of lower limbs, hyperhemoglobin, refractory hypertension and pulmonary hypertension in 100 healthy cases as control group. The blood routine test and coagulation function of the subjects were tested at 6:00 after PSG.148 of 206 cases were performed double lower limb deep venous ultrasonography or pulmonary artery angiography.135 cases with VTE,13cases o without VTE.Collected the emographic data,PSG index and coagulation parameters. The logistic regression were applied to assess the risk factors.Results:1.There was no significant difference in PT%and TT between the OSAHS group and the control group?P>0.05?.The levels of PT,PTR,INR,APTT,FIB and FIB?s?in OSAHS group were significantly higher than those in control group?all P<0.01?,PLT and PCT levels in OSAHS group were significantly lower than those in control group?all P<0.01?,but the values were in the normal range. The levels of RBC,HB and D-dimer in OSAHS group were significantly higher than those in control group?all P<0.01?,which were respectively?5.43±3.54?1012/L vs.?4.64±0.47?1012/L,?161.53±32.93?g/L vs.?145.03±11.22?g/L,?1.22±1.86?mg/L vs.?0.57±0.21?mg/L].The level of MPV in OSAHS group was significantly lower than that in control group[?10.21±4.02?fL vs.?12.29±1.13?fL,P=0.000].2.Within the scope of this study:The incidence of VTE in OSAHS patients in QingHai province was 8.78%.3.Showed that PT,PT%,PTR,INR and D-dimer were risk factors of OSAHS with VTE by univariate analysis. The altitude of residence and higher D-dimer level were independent risk factors for OSAHS patients with VTE by binary logistic regression analysis.Conclusions:1.Patients with OSAHS in QingHai province showed hypercoagulable state;2.Within the scope of this study:The incidence of VTE in OSAHS patients in QingHai province was 8.78%.The altitude of residence and higher D-dimer level were independent risk factors for OSAHS patients with VTE.
