Objective To detect the diversities of blood clotting, clinical significances in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)through the detection of blood coagulation indexes. Methods This study included 55 male cases with OSAHS in our ward between Jan.2014 and Jul.2016,and the OSAHS patients were divided into 2groups according to the apnea hypopnea index(AHI):mild to moderate obstructive sleep group and severe obstructive sleep group, were divided into 2groups according to the partial pressure of oxygen:mild to moderate hypoxemia group and severe hypoxemia group?55 patients with vocal nodules were taken as control group? The prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin time(APTT),Thrombin time(TT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),platelet(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),thrombocytocrit(PCT)and platelet distribution width(PDW)were detected. The correlation among the levels of the number of coagulation indicator were evaluated in the different groups.Result PLT count was significantly higher in the study group than the control group[(244.71±52.29)×10~9/L,(215.27±50.67)×10~9/L],PCT was significantly higher in the study group than the control group[(0.203 ±0.037)%,(0.184±0.035)%],the ohter coagulation indicator were not significantly different in the 2groups.RBC count was significantly higher in severe obstructive sleep group than the mild to moderate obstructive sleep group [(5.31±0.69)×1012/L,(4.90±0.39)×1012/L],the ohter coagulation indicator were not significantly different in the 2groups.There were not significantly difference of coagulation indicator between the mild to moderate hypoxemia group and severe hypoxemia group by compared to each other. Conclusion PLT and PCT leves are elevated in patierts with the OSAHS,However, there was no abnormal clinical index of coagulationin in general.
