Objective:1.To analyze the differences in the clinical pathological features?TNM stage, pathological type,Lauren classification and G classification?of proximal and distal gastric cancer in Qinghai region?hereinafter referred to as proximal and distal gastric cancer?;2.To explore the differences and clinical significance of Ki67,her-2and P53 in proximal gastric cancer and distal gastric cancer. Methods:In this study,132 cases of gastric cancer were collected from the affiliated hospital of Qinghai university from December 2015 to January 2017,including 65cases of proximal gastric cancer and 67 cases of distal gastric cancer. The differences in clinicopathological characteristics between the proximal and distal gastric cancer cases of the enrolled group were analyzed. The expression of Ki67,Her-2 and P53 in gastric cancer tissues was detected by ElivisionTM plus method test. Methods The differential expression and clinical significance of Ki67,Her-2 and P53 in proximal and distal gastric cancers were analyzed.Results:1.There was a statistically significant difference between proximal gastric cancer and distal gastric cancer in G classification and Lauren classification?P<0.05,P=0.026,0.002,respectively?.The proportion of moderately differentiated cancer in proximal gastric cancer was highest.About 47.7%,the proportion of poorly differentiated cancer in the distal gastric cancer is the highest, about 41.8%;the proximal type of gastric cancer is mostly intestinal type, accounting for about 52.3%,and the diffuse type in the distal gastric cancer is mostly, accounting for about 52.2.%.However,there was no significant difference in the clinical and pathological features of the proximal and distal gastric cancers?such as gender, age, ethnicity, clinicopathological stage, and pathological types??P>0.05?.Most of the patients were male,Han,stage?,and adenocarcinoma patients, and patients with proximal gastric cancer>60 years old were more distant.2.There was no significant difference in the expression of Ki67,her-2 and P53 in proximal and distal gastric cancer?P>0.05?.In the proximal and distal gastric cancer, the expression of Ki67 with 26-50%in the region accounted for the highest, accounted for 52.3%and 47.8%,respectively,in the expression of P53 in?+?accounted for the highest,52.3%,56.7%respectively,the expression of its Her-2 in?-/+?in the highest proportion,75.4%,68.7%respectively,The expression of her-2?+++?was 12.3%and 13.4%respectively.Conclusion:1.There was a significant difference between proximal and distal gastric cancers in the Lauren classification and G classification. The proximal gastric cancer patients were mostly intestinal type patients, and the cells were mostly moderately differentiated;the distal patients with diffuse gastric cancer were more common and the cells were mostly Poor differentiation,Lauren's classification and G-classification may be the factors that affect the prognosis of patients with proximal and distal gastric cancer. There was no significant difference in other clinicopathological features such as gender, age, ethnicity, clinicopathological stage, and pathological types.2.There was no significant difference in the expression of Ki67,Her-2 and P53 between proximal and distal gastric cancer patients.
