Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze general clinical data and related prognostic factors from multiple myeloma patients in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital in recent 6 years. Methods: We have analyzed 107 cases of MM patients, include general clinical data, laboratory tests and survival,These patients from January 2012 to October 2017 newly diagnosed in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital. Results: In 107 cases of newly diagnosed MM patients, there are 74 males and 33 females, the ratio of male to female was 2.24: 1;the median age of onset was 63 years old;the immunophenotypes were mainly Ig G,accounting for 59.81% of the total; The D-S and ISS stages were mainly stage III,Accounting for 56.74% and 67.29% of the constituent ratio; We analyzed the blood lipids in 107 MM patients in our region. We found that the level of blood lipids in MM patients was lower than the local reference value,Among of them,high-density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and total cholesterol were mainly decreased, while those in the reduced group accounted for 97.20%,90.65% and 75.70%,In terms of common laboratory test results,we found that Han and Hui nationality have different serum creatinine and blood ?2 microglobulin levels,Univariate survival analysis showed that age, serum creatinine level, hemoglobin level,ISS stage and ?2 microglobulin level were the factors affecting the prognosis of patients;Multivariate survival analysis showed that ?2 microglobulin was an independent factor affecting the prognosis of MM(P values were less than 0.05).Conclusion:(1)We found that the majority of patients with multiple myeloma in this region are over 60 years old,More men than women,Immunophenotype Ig G is the majority,Serious illness at the time of first diagnosis,Phase ? accounted for the majority;Han and Hui nationality have differences in serum creatinine and blood ?2 microglobulin levels.(2)We found that there was a decrease in serum lipids in newly diagnosed MM patients in this area.Among them, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein a were mainly decreased.(3)Univariate analysis showed that age,hemoglobin,?2-microglobulin,ISS stage and serum creatinine were related to the prognosis of patients.Multivariate survival analysis indicated ?2-microglobulin was an independent factor affecting the prognosis of patients.
