Objective:To analyze the incidence of cervical lesions and high risk HPV infection in Qinghai Province.And analyze the application value of cervical cytology test,human papillomavirus genotyping test and DNA ploidy quantitative cytology in screening cervical lesions in Qinghai Province.Methods:Collected 4291 patients from January 2015 to January 2018 in Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital with cervical cytology test and DNA ploidy quantitative cytology test.And 9289 patients of human papillomavirus genotyping test.The result of anyone of them was positive had colposcope.A total of 190 cases with abnormal examination of colposcopy have done cervical biopsy.The results of cervical biopsy as the gold standard.Results:Cervicallesionsindifferentagegroupshasstatistical difference,?~2=42.11,P<0.05.High risk HPV infection in different levels of cervical lesions has statistical difference,?~2=10.78,P<0.05.There is a significant difference in DNA ploidy positive rate among different levels of cervical lesions,?~2=28.00,P<0.05.The positive rate of DNA ploidy in the high risk HPV positive group was significantly higher than that in the high risk HPV negative group,?~2=3.85,P<0.05.The rate of high risk HPV infection in 9289 cases is 14.33%,and take single type infection as the main.High risk HPV infection in different age groups has statistical difference,?~2=50.90,P<0.05.The detection rate of TCT was 21.65%when the high risk HPV was positive.TCT detection rate decrease to 1.43%when the high risk HPV was negative,?~2=488.99,P<0.05.There was a significant difference in the positive rate of DNA ploidy in the results of different TCT tests,P<0.05.The comparison of the three separate screening methods has statistically significant,?~2=9.56,P<0.05.The comparison of the three joint screening methods has statistically significant,?~2=4.02,P<0.05.Conclusions:There is an age difference in the occurrence of cervical lesions.The main types of high risk HPV infection in Qinghai Province were type 16,58,52 and39.The positive rate of TCT results in high risk HPV positive group was higher than that in the high negative group.The diagnostic rate of TCT,infection rate of high risk HPV and positive rate of DNA ploidy are all increased with the increase of cervical lesions.The sensitivity of HPV detection in the screening of cervical lesions was the highest,and the specificity of TCT was the highest.The sensitivity of joint detection of HPV+DNA ploidy in the combined screening is the highest,and the the specificity of joint detection of TCT+DNA ploidy was the highest.
