Objective Pancreatic fistula(PF)is one of the most serious complications of pancreaticoduodenal resection, and the incidence of pancreatic fistula after PD is higher,so the pancreatic fistula seriously affect the recovery of the patient's body, the retrospective statistical analysis of liver and gallbladder surgery between January 2012 and June 2017 period of pancreaticoduodenal resection patients,to explore the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula(PF)and associated risk factors, for our reasonable perioperative management of patients undergoing pancreatic duodenal surgery to provide theoretical basis, and reduce the incidence of pancreatic fistula. Methods Statistical analysis of ningxia medical university institute of liver and gallbladder surgery between January 2012 and June 2017 period of pancreaticoduodenal resection patients 96 cases, adopt SPSS19.0 statistical analysis, single factor analysis on age, gender, presence of history of high blood pressure, diabetes and preoperative serum albumin, total bilirubin, preoperative hemoglobin, and preoperative, intraoperative blood loss, pancreas texture to yellow loss, diameter, pancreatic duct drainage of the pancreatic duct, disease pathology type, postoperative serum albumin by chi-square statistics analysis, factor analysis with the pancreatic fistula and no pancreatic fistula as a dependent variable, the related risk factors for pancreatic fistula as independent variables, using the binary classification Logistic regression analysis. Conclusion Multivariate analysis showed that the preoperative total bilirubin was170umol/L(OR =2.911),the diameter of the pancreatic duct < 3mm(OR = 0.272)and thepostoperative albumin level <3 0g/L(OR = 0.143).Intraoperative bleeding OR 1000 ml(OR =2.826)independent risk factor for pancreatic fistula, preoperative patients more bleeding amount of total bilirubin on the high side, and a fine postoperative pancreatic duct diameter and low albumin indicate increased risk of deeloping pancreatic fistula.
