Objective:To dissuss the clinical characteristics of colon cancer,analyze the correlation between various factors,and to provide a better reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colon cancer.Methods:Collect and retrospectively analyzed The clinical data,which of colon cancer patients diagnosed by pathology from December 2007 to December 2017 in the people's Hospital of Ningxia.Result:1.628 cases of colon cancer were collected,the average age of onset was61.25 + 9.52 years old,and the ratio of men and women was 1.49:1.2..628 cases of colon cancer patients with abdominal pain(28.98%),the most common site of the sigmoid colon(57.48%),180 cases(28.6%)of the patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction,219 cases(36.9%)of the patients with anemia,546 cases(86.9%)received surgical treatment.3.There were 628 cases of colon cancer with complete clinical and pathological data.The constituent ratios of stage I-IV in clinical pathology stage were 0.4%,54.8%,30.4%,14.3%,respectively.The most morphology of tumor was mainly ulcerative type(79.3%)and moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma(75.8%).4.There are statistical differences in age,sex,clinical symptoms,and gross tumor morphology in patients with colon cancer at different times(P<0.05);There are statistical differences in clinical symptoms and gross tumor morphology in patients with different ages of colon cancer(P < 0.05);There were statistical differences in clinical symptoms,tumor gross morphology and histological differentiation among different sex colon cancer patients(P < 0.05);there were statistical differences in the age of onset,location of tumor,diameter of tumor,histological differentiation type and clinicopathological stage between the anemia group and the without anemia group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.In recent 10 years in our hospital.The incidence characteristics of patients with colorectal cancer for the average age of 61.25 + 9.52 years old,male is more than female,the lesion on the sigmoid colon pieces,with the majority of patients with abdominal pain,ulcer type differentiation adenocarcinoma was most common clinical pathological stage to II stage more,and most of patients with surgery surgical treatment.2.In the last 5 years,the number of patients with colon cancer has increased,and the average age of the disease has increased.3.The degree of differentiation is low in female colon cancer patients.Anemia is easy to occur in late stage of clinical pathology.Patients with late stage of clinical pathology are prone to anemia.The bigger the tumor diameter is,the more severe the anemia is.
