Objective Study the relationship between hypothyroidism and blood glucose during pregnancy,to determine the relationship between blood glucose and thyroid function in patients after treatment.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 in the General Hospital of Nningxia Medical University General Hospital,the number of pregnant women visiting the endocrinology clinic is 542,in which case group are 164 people with hypothyroidism,including 34 cases in early trimester of pregnancy,111 cases in mid trimester of pregnancy,19 cases in late trimester of pregnancy,and control group are 378 people,including 35 cases in early trimester of pregnancy with normal thyroid function,230 cases in mid trimester of pregnancy,113 cases in late trimester of pregnancy.By using chemiluminescence immunoassay for the detection of thyroid function,using automatic biochemical analyzer for the detection of fasting blood glucose level in all subjects to study the difference of blood glucose and thyroid function,the relationship between blood glucose and thyroid function of pregnant termination in different periods between the case group and the control group.Results By comparing TSH between the two groups,the TSH in the hypothyroidism group during pregnancy was higher than in the normal pregnancy group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The fasting blood glucose in the hypothyroidism group was higher than the normal pregnancy group at the termination of pregnancy in early,middle and late periods,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation between blood glucose and TSH in the hypothyroidism group of pregnancy was positively correlated of pregnant termination in the early,middle and late periods,obviously significant difference(P<0.05).There was no correlation between blood glucose and TSH in the normal pregnancy group(P>0.05).There was no correlation between FT3,FT4 and blood glucose in case group and normally control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Gestational hypothyroidism of pregnant termination in early,middle and late periods can result in abnormal metabolism of blood glucose.Positively monitor blood glucose and thyroid function of pregnant women in the early stages of the disease,and treat it early to determine the relationship between blood glucose and thyroid function in patients after treatment.
